While many personal injury lawyers charge their clients for every little thing, my personal injury Firm has always taken a more client centered approach. We often have clients that have been in injured in a car accident, a slip and fall, by a dog bite, or an accidental gun discharge, and they have serious injuries and damages and there is not always enough money to go around.
So, what does this mean for our clients?
• We routinely waive case expenses.
• We regularly reduce attorney fees, including at times by thousands, either upfront or at the time of settlement, depending on the circumstances (i.e., not enough insurance money to go around), even when the medical providers will not do so for the sake of their patient. I tell providers that greed is a lack mindset. We do not have a lack mindset.
Why do we do this?
We prioritize client satisfaction over maximizing the Firm’s profitability. That money can be life-altering for someone facing past and future damages, such as medical bills, lost wages, etc. and are rebuilding after an injury.
A happy client refers others to you and remembers how you treated them when they needed help most.
We are not greedy. We are in the business of helping people in need and assisting them with putting their lives back together.
Do we do this every time?
No, we cannot do this every time, but we do it when we can and when it makes sense financially. Primarily, we do it when it is the right thing to do for our client centered practice.
