Meet the staff that has helped Kim Welch Law become one of the top personal injury & bankruptcy law firms in Colorado Springs.
Senior Case Manager
Ronda is the senior case manager at Kim Welch Law in Colorado Springs and brings over 30 years of experience in the legal industry. Growing up in a military family and as a military spouse, Ronda has traveled the country and lived in many wonderful areas.
During her legal career, Ronda worked in insurance defense and at plaintiff’s firms, so she is abundantly familiar with the ins and outs of the process. What excites Ronda most about her role is helping every personal injury client get resolution for their pain and suffering.
When she is not in the office, Ronda enjoys reading and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Ariel joined the legal field in 2017 shortly after graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder with dual degrees in Psychology and Biology with a minor in Spanish. Although Ariel loves science, helping others is her passion and she enjoys bringing resolution to personal injury cases with the Kim Welch Law team. During her free time, Ariel loves to ride vintage Schwinn bicycles with her spouse as well as spending time with her family and three dogs.
Tiffany Boback is the Practice Manager at Kim Welch Law. As a native of Colorado, her main goal is to be able to give back to the community where she grew up. Her core values of respect, honesty, hard work, and clear communication align perfectly with the Firm’s values and expectations. With over fifteen years in administrative roles, she brings to the Firm a desire to continually make sure that every client is taken care of by taking into account their distinct situations and needs, which includes making sure that the stress of the situation is alleviated. When she is not in the office, time with her children and dogs are her priority. Exploring the same hiking trails that she did as a child with her own kids brings her great joy. All in all, helping others through challenging times with compassion and respect is her passion.
